Finished before you see it

Each piece is finished before it is listed, and it waits under its own number until someone takes it. Your order is picked and sent rather than made.

Times and options are shown at checkout

Rather than print a number here that may not hold, the options available for your address, with their times and costs, are shown to you at checkout before you pay. That way you see what actually applies to where you are, not an average.

If the timing matters for a particular date, write to me before you order at jason@atlasvaelo.com and I will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Where it comes from

Atlas Vaelo is one person, and the pieces are assembled by a workshop I do not own. They are made in China and shipped from the United States.

Customs, if your order leaves the country

Orders shipped within the United States carry no customs charges.

If your order goes abroad, the country you live in may add duty, import tax, or a handling fee. These are set by your government rather than by me, and they are not included in what you pay here. If you want to know what is likely for your country before you order, write to me and I will tell you what I know.

Once it is on its way

You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. After that it is in the hands of the postal services, and what I can see is the same as what you can see.

If something goes wrong

Write to jason@atlasvaelo.com. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell me and we will sort it out together. Atlas Vaelo is one person, so an answer can take a few days, but nothing goes unread.
